Caroline Rohr
Caroline Rohr supports the research project ‘Strengthening Digital Skills through Micro-Credentials’ as a student assistant. In collaboration with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), the project aims to create flexible learning solutions that prepare students in India, Vietnam and Bangladesh for a digitalised work environment.
She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Public Policy at Hertie School Berlin, with a particular interest in digital policy, political theory and the ethics of technology. Previously, she studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) at Utrecht University, where her Bachelor thesis examined the impact of platforms on deliberation in the digital public sphere.
Before joining HIIG, Caroline worked as a project assistant at a strategic communications agency. Prior to that she completed internships in public affairs, worked in a student-led non-profit and in an academic relations startup.
