The workshop series wants to give especially early-stage researchers the opportunity to present and discuss current research within the broad and diverse field of privacy, surveillance and data protection in an interdisciplinary environment. We invite presentations on research and dissertation projects as well as on ongoing or recently finished publications, explicitly including work in progress. The workshops’ particular focus is on the challenges of interdisciplinarity and research spanning across various schools of thought. In the highly discussion-oriented workshops, we therefore aim to critically reflect on the premises of our own research, discipline(s) and school(s) of thought.
