AI Compass: Special edition of the State Agencies for Civic Education

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a much-discussed topic, whether in political debates or in conversations around the kitchen table. For many people, however, its functions and applications remain unclear. The AI Compass offers a solution! Our card game decodes the fascinating world of AI systems in a playful way. It's not just about entertainment, but also about taking a realistic look at current systems and their importance for the common good of our society.

A special edition of the card game is now available from the following State Centres for Civic Education in Germany.

You can order the card game online from the State Centre or from one of the local shops.

COOPERATION

The AI Compass is a result of the project Artificial Intelligence, explained in human terms, a cooperation between the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG) and the non-profit organisation neuland & gestalten, implemented by Büro für Sinn und Unsinn. The research project has developed a transdisciplinary approach with citizens and experts to create explanatory models that provide access to knowledge on the topic of artificial intelligence (AI).
