Johanna Spiegl
Johanna Spiegl is a student assistant in the Safe in data traffic project and supports the team in its research activities.
During her bachelor’s degree, she specialised in sociology with a focus on internet and communication. In her bachelor’s thesis, she focussed her research interest on the changes in norms and values in society. In doing so, she asks herself what transformations, opportunities and risks these entail for the social system. She is particularly interested in the combination of research and education in order to actively prepare for change.
After her yoga teacher training, she began a bachelor’s degree in communication science at the University of Bamberg. It turned out that she was more interested in pursuing sociology so she will begin her Master’s degree in Sociology in Potsdam in April.
