Making sense of the future: Workshops for schools and universities
This toolbox, consisting of six exercises, aims to promote transdisciplinary, multi-perspective and creative (future) thinking. It combines futures studies methods with topics and materials related to digitalisation and its impact on our society.
It has been adapted to different levels and requirements for the specific areas of use in schools and universities. Here you will find the relevant resources to be used in the lower secondary school level or in a bachelor's programme at university.
Workshops
In an educational context, the content can be used as creative material for school lessons by combining several exercises. Teachers will find below a proposal for a three-part workshop. You can do it with your students on a project day or split it into several lessons.
You can also adapt the future skills workshop for use in your own lessons at a low threshold. Instructions can be found in the notes on each slide of the presentation.
