Livestream from Indonesia now available

Those who were not able to attend our event in Jakarta, Indonesia on 13.12.2022 now have the opportunity to follow the panel discussion we had on the possibilities of technology-based rainforest protection. The livestream is available with English translation and in the original version in Bahasa Indonesian.

MSD & Panel Discussion: Digital Technology for Rainforest Protection

On 13 December, we are organising a multi-stakeholder dialogue and public panel discussion in Jakarta, Indonesia. The discussion will focus on the growing importance of digital technologies for sustainable rainforest and climate protection and the challenges related to their potential deployment and use. A recording of the panel discussion with english translation will be uploaded to the event page after the event.

End of the Closing week at the GEFE conference

On the 30th November we will host a multi-stakeholder dialogue and a panel discussion on "Green Technology, Digital Entrepreneurship and Climate" as part of the Green Economy Forum & Exhibition (GEFE) in Ho Chi Minh City. These two events also mark the end of our 7 weeks-long research sprint with our 12 international fellows.

Research Sprint – Exciting Events at Closing Week

The research sprint in Vietnam is slowly coming to an end and we are eagerly awaiting the Closing Week where we will finally meet all the fellows in person. Towards a Fairer Online Platform Economy

On November 9th we will hold a two-part event in Nairobi, Kenya on Workers’ Rights and Platforms’ Responsibility. The first part of the event consists of an invitation-only multi-stakeholder dialogue with a focus on labour rights in the platform economy. The second part will be a public panel discussion of renowned experts on the challenges and opportunities towards a sustainable regulation of Kenya’s online labour markets. You are invited to join on site or via livestream!
