Tom Sühr
Tom Sühr is a student assistant in the research project „Platform Governance and Copyright (H2020)”, which examines the role of Internet platforms in the application of copyright law and its effects on cultural diversity in Europe.
He studied business informatics at the Technical University of Berlin and is currently doing his Master’s in Information Systems Management at the TU Berlin as well.
Before joining HIIG, he worked as a working student and intern at Coca-Cola, the EU Commission and the Max Planck Institute for Software Systems.
In addition to his position at HIIG, he is involved in numerous research projects in the field of “Algorithmic Fairness”. In collaboration with scientists from the Max Planck Institute, Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Harvard University, among others, he published several papers in this research area.
